Fertility Concerns
In early 2021, when some medical doctors were advocating not to give women of childbearing age the COVID vaccines until we had more data, the main concern then was related to the similarity of COVID spike protein and the placental protein called syncytin-1. The concern was that a female’s body would create antibodies to the spike protein and then if she got pregnant, her body would see the placental protein as something that needed to be fought. That could lead to miscarriages. Recently, the following article spoke about this concern: https://www.theepochtimes.com/covid-jabs-impact-both-male-and-female-fertility_4619827.html
